Kitchens are regarded as the heart of a home; the place where families and guests gather to share much more than food. A thoughtfully-planned, quality-crafted custom kitchen is one of the wisest investments you can make. It will increase your home’s value and enhance your lifestyle.
Our team has the expertise and experience to design and build your dream kitchen. If you’re not sure what you need, our designers can help you through the decision process.
We tell our clients, “If you can dream it, we can build it”. Our proven design process starts with a no charge, on site visit. We have developed a detailed questionnaire that our designer will review with you. The objective of this exercise is to help you decide on style, layout, components and budget. The result will be a design that has been personalized just for you and tailored to meet your budget.
When you purchase a Bristol Woodworking cabinet, you are working directly with the manufacturer. This means that there is no middleman adding their operating cost to the price of your cabinetry. Because there is no middleman our prices compare favorably with the higher end of the factory made cabinet manufacturers. Our business model is to produce custom kitchens for the discerning customer who will appreciate the end result. At the end of the project we would hope to be invited to drop by for a toast!
When shopping for cabinetry at a major chain store, or even a specialized kitchen store, you are limited by the product line that these stores carry. Because these cabinets are mass produced at a factory, the store is trying to “force fit” what the factory produces with your requirement and layout. The result of this approach is a series of compromises. At Bristol, every cabinet is custom built by professional cabinetmakers especially for you. The cabinetmaker even knows your name! There are no style or size limitations. At Bristol filler panels are unheard of! In addition, there are no wood species or color limitations. Any species of wood, door style, or stain color is available. Want a white kitchen? Choose from the dozens of available shades of white.
A Bristol cabinet is built using only the finest of hardwoods and furniture grade plywood. Our wood joinery system is the same that is used when producing fine furniture. It is easy to make a poorly built cabinet look good, and this is something that you should look out for. Need a little education? We are more than willing to help you understand. We are so proud of what we do that we invite you to come to the shop to see your cabinets being made and to meet the people involved in you project.
Bristol Woodworking is a subsidiary of Bristol Construction and a sister division of Bristol Electrical. This means that we have the resources to not only build your cabinets, but also to tackle your complete remodel up to, and including an addition if required. Through the years we have also built, and vetted, relationships with all the other resources that may be required (tiling, flooring, painting, stone counter-tops plumbing etc.). We specialize in managing all these resources. The goal is to ensure that your project meets both schedule and budget. The bottom line is that, should you desire, you will have a single point of contact for the project.
