Project Location: Tilton Conway Hooksett NH
To date, we have renovated three different VA facilities in New Hampshire, the outpatient centers in Tilton and Conway and the veterans’ center in Hooksett. All three projects included both exterior and interior work. The exterior work consisted of new facades with special attention to handicap accessibility. New windows and doors were also installed.
The interior work started with a complete demo followed by the installation of all the interior walls using conventional metal studs and drywall. Electrical work, including lighting, was done to NEC. NFPA 70 standards and the plumbing was redone as required. The scope-of-work included new flooring, consisting of carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, and ceramic tiles, while the ceilings were of the suspended type. The HVAC requirements were dealt with using five ton roof top units and a ductless mini split system as well.
Additionally, the interior finish work included supplying and installing new cabinetry and counter tops in the check-in area, reception, and labs.
